Our Mission.  Service, Solidarity and Subsidarity.

We fully support the Culture of Life in the Philippines through charitable and educational programs in four areas:  (1) strengthening and protecting traditional family structures and values; (2) improving and strengthening health care and education; (3) reducing the incidence of human trafficking; and (4) promoting and strengthening democracy.


Directors & Officers
President, Marylou Gonzalez is a community leader among Filipino Americans who also coordinates a pro-family speaker's bureau. She is a noted ministry leader at both the local and international level. She runs small businesses in real estate and interior design.  She has is a member of the Our Lady of Antipolo Pilgrimage Association which has nearly 2000 Filipino American pilgrims across the U.S who visit the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception annually.  She also was a key organizer for the Shrine of Our Lady of Antipolo built in Manila.

haplain and Member, Board of Directors:  Fr. Jerome Magat

Former technology and healthcare research consultant, Fr. Magat completed seminary studies at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland where he earned both a Master's in Divinity and a M.A. in Theology with a concentration in Moral Theology.  His expertise in Pope John Paul II's personalistic philosophy and the theology of work has been in the media.
 

Fr. Magat has appeared in the New York Times Magazine; the Arlington Catholic Herald, EWTN's The Live Show and ABC's Nightline.  In 2005, Fr. Magat founded the Guadalupe Free Clinic, the Diocese of Arlington's first free medical clinic for the poor.  The Clinic has been internationally recognized, having received the International Community Activity Award for the Knights of Columbus, the order's highest award for service work.  In addition to his parochial duties, Fr. Magat serves as the Clinic's executive director and he also serves as an auditor in the diocesan tribunal.  He is the Bishop's Master of Ceremonies.  Fr. Magat is the parochial vicar at St. William of York Parish in Stafford, Virginia.


Member, Board of Directors, General Counsel, Joseph G. Cosby, Esq., K.M.
Mr. Cosby is a highly skilled litigator with over 17 years experience in Washington D.C.  He serves as general counsel to several boards of directors promoting humantarian assistance internationally and domestically.  Mr. Cosby has appeared on BBC and his writing has been published in Catholic World Report and First Things.   Mr. Cosby is also an adjunct facility member of Columbia School of Law at Catholic University.  Mr. Cosby has been awarded the Pope John Paul II's Service and Solidarity Award.  He has been member of the Knights of Malta. He is also a member of the Vatican Foundation Centismus Annus Pro Pontifice. He is married to Eileen Macapanas Cosby and was instrumental in founding the Fund in 2005.
